📦 Delivery Method
Sheet music orders are currently only shipped via SF Express (cash on delivery) to Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan. Customs clearance fees apply to Mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan. We are not currently accepting orders from other overseas locations or for in-store pickup.

📦 Regarding shipping
✅ Due to the time required for sheet music printing, it will generally be shipped within 2-3 weeks.

🚚 Delivery Area and Time Information
🚀 Delivery time: Under normal circumstances, the goods will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days after they are sent out.
📍 For deliveries to remote areas (such as outlying islands or parts of the New Territories), an additional 3 to 4 working days may be required.

🚫 Orders that cannot be delivered may be returned for the following reasons:
📮 Delivery address incomplete/Post office box/Hotel address
🚪 Multiple delivery attempts unsuccessful
📦 Customer refused delivery or did not collect the package
⏳ Please collect the package within 3 days after SF Express contacts you; otherwise, the products will be returned to us and a refund may not be issued.

📤 Order Shipping Notification
📩 Once your shipment is handed over to the logistics company, we will issue a tracking number 🔍 so you can track your order at the following website. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam/junk mail or contact customer service for inquiries.

🚚 SF Express delivery options include the following pick-up locations:

⚠️ Postal Mail Address Not Accepted

📌 Important Notes 
At checkout, you can choose delivery to SF Express stations or your own address. We recommend checking SF Express's business hours first to ensure the store is open. If you need to change the address after sending the package, please contact SF Express directly and bear any additional costs that may be incurred.
📲 SF Express will be using App notifications instead of SMS notifications, so please enable the App's notification function.
